Membership and Maintenance Fee Update 2026

Maintaining the excellence of Ventanas de San Miguel requires a continuous commitment to quality. To ensure that our world-class golf course, comprehensive security, and common areas continue to operate under the highest international standards, we share the updated fees for 2026.
These contributions allow us to sustain current infrastructure and invest in technological and landscaping improvements, increasing both the value of your property and your sports experience.
Golf Club Membership Fees
  • Family Membership: $9,900 MXN / month
  • Individual Membership: $6,900 MXN / month
Development Maintenance Fee
The maintenance of our roadways, lighting, landscaping, and internal security is vital for community life. The updated annual fee is $87 MXN per m² of land.

Please remember that timely payments are crucial to ensure the continuity of all premium services offered within the development. For any questions related to statements, payment methods, or billing, our administrative office is at your disposal. ⛳ The Secret to Impact: The "Two-Tee Drill"

Have you ever felt that, despite having a powerful swing, the ball doesn't fly with the force you expected? Many times, the problem isn't speed, but the precision of impact. Hitting the ball on the toe or heel of the club —the famous shank— instantly robs us of distance and accuracy.
For this month, Javier Muñoz Ledo shares one of his favorite exercises to train contact precision. It's simple, effective, and the results are noticeable on the scorecard.
The "Tee Gate" Drill
"Efficiency in golf isn't always about hitting harder, but about hitting better."

Setup
Choose your preferred iron and place the clubface behind the ball, as if you were going to hit normally.

The Obstacles
Stake a tee half a centimeter in front of the club's toe and another tee exactly on the heel, creating a "gate" around the ball.

The Challenge
Perform your full swing with the sole objective of hitting the ball cleanly without touching either of the two tees.
Why does it work?
This exercise creates a narrow "gate" that forces your brain and hands to coordinate so that the club passes through the correct path, directly to the sweet spot. The closer or tighter you place the tees relative to the club, the higher the level of demand. If you manage to pass through the middle without knocking them down, you'll be guaranteeing pure and central contact!
